Fortinet, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Engineer to partner with Named Account Managers in our mid-market territory.

This role blends technical depth with strategic account leadership, acting as a trusted advisor through cybersecurity transformations spanning SecOps, Zero Trust, cloud, endpoint, and network security. You will lead discovery sessions, design secure architectures, and deliver demos to both technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in pre-sales or sales engineering in cybersecurity, networking, or cloud.
• Experience with complex, multi-location environments.
• Ability to present to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Translate technical concepts into business-value discussions for C-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities with sales and define solution strategy.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and security assessments.
• Design and present secure architectures across networking, cloud, and SecOps.
• Deliver demos to technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
• Serve as the primary technical expert for named accounts through evaluation and decision processes.
• Advise on cybersecurity strategies like Zero Trust, SASE, cloud security.
