Job summary

Prosegur Security USA, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director to drive growth in our cybersecurity portfolio across the United States.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, engaging with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Channel teams to win enterprise and mid-market opportunities. You will lead revenue generation for MSS, MDR offerings, and broader cybersecurity services, building strategic account plans, maintaining forecasts, and coordinating internal resources to

Qualifications

Experience with B2B cybersecurity sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota.
Experience selling enterprise or mid-market cybersecurity solutions and managed services.
Strong understanding of MDR/XDR, SIEM, Endpoint security, SOC operations.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience working within MSSP, MDR, or cybersecurity SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, partner engagement, networking, and marketing follow-up.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual targets.
Develop strategic account plans for target customers and verticals.
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within CRM platforms.
