Job summary

CXG is seeking a Freelance Senior Customer Experience Consultant Trainer (Automotive) to support a global training project for a leading luxury automotive brand. The role involves delivering in-class and/or remote training sessions and engaging with client-facing teams and senior stakeholders.

You will build a pool of experienced trainers across markets in Europe and the Americas, adapt delivery to local contexts while upholding global standards, and possibly participate in Train-the-Trainer

Qualifications

• Senior-level Customer Experience trainer.
• Automotive industry experience preferred or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-class and/or remote training sessions.
• Facilitate interactive workshops with strong engagement and participation.
• Engage confidently with client-facing teams and senior stakeholders.
