Job summary

NFI Industries in Woodridge, IL is seeking a Regional Customer Service Manager / Administrative Supervisor to coordinate the regional administrative function and enforce policies. You will train regional admin staff, manage monthly reports, and support MIS for warehouse and office operations.

The role reports to the Regional VP Distribution and requires strong leadership, analytics, and communication skills, with experience in customer service management and distribution centers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, Associate's Degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of Manager/Supervision experience.
• Experience managing a Customer Service Department.
• Experience in Distribution/fulfillment center preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Implements and supports MIS for warehouse and office operating systems.
• Distributes procedures and ensures training for personnel after onboarding.
• Ensures cross-training of administrative staff on monthly reports.
• Ensures accurate physical inventories and reconciliations in a timely manner.
• Maintains important legal and customer documents at regional level.
• Develops and coordinates region-wide events.
• Reviews regional aged accounts receivable.
• Initiates sales calls on administrative concerns with accounts.
• Coordinates with Safety on theft/injury reporting.
• Produces reports including weekly Flash and P&L reviews.
• Assists with audits and regional projects.
