Job summary

NFI is seeking a Distribution Customer Service Representative in Illinois to respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and manage shipping and billing tasks. You will coordinate with Traffic and Operations to expedite orders and ensure accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office.
• Basic typing and 10-key skills.
• Experience with shipping software such as UPS and FedEx.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented and capable of handling inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and process orders promptly and accurately.
• Input customer orders and generate related paperwork.
• Provide shipping/tracking information and maintain logs.
• Coordinate last-minute shipping requests with Traffic/Operations.
• Communicate feedback to management and ensure service standards are met.
