You will lead talent reviews, succession planning, and change initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and stakeholder alignment.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, employee development, retention, and the delivery of competitive compensation practices within a growing organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in HR or related field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple sites.
• Experience managing a remote HR team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and provincial employment laws.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change and drive HR initiatives.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
