Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Illinois to oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations, supervise staff and ensure daily production goals are met, while maintaining safety and quality.

Responsibilities include scheduling shipping/receiving, directing personnel, monitoring equipment, enforcing OSHA standards, coordinating with leadership, and developing staff through coaching and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field, or at least 1-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment and handle shifting priorities.
• Willingness to obtain certifications in OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements shipping/receiving schedules to meet goals.
• Supervises warehouse personnel to match skills to work requirements.
• Oversees inbound/outbound shipments for timeliness and accuracy.
• Ensures efficient use of equipment and coordinates maintenance.
• Drafts daily end-of-shift reports and coordinates with leadership.
• Provides coaching and feedback to enhance staff performance.
