Job summary

Ricoh Americas Corporation seeks an Area Customer Service Coordinator to support multiple client sites with on-site services, mail/print, hospitality, reception and courier coordination. You will travel locally to support operations and work with management to improve processes using data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel between customer locations within a 60-mile radius.
• Shifts 6am-7pm with possible overtime including weekends.
• Regular use of a personal vehicle with valid license and insurance.
• Data-driven and customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple customer sites and ensure high-quality service.
• Deliver on-site business services: mail/print, hospitality, reception, shipping and courier coordination, printer fleet management.
• Travel locally to post offices and satellite offices to support operations.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes and use data-driven insights.
• Assist in onboarding of new accounts and service expansions with Field Implementation Managers.
