Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Flexibility and adaptability to travel between customer locations within a 40–50-mile radius.
• Shifts are between 7am-7pm with possible overtime including weekends based on geographical locations.
• Regular use of a personal vehicle with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Data-driven and innovative with strong communication and customer-centric mindset.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform related tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple customer sites with high-quality service delivery.
• Deliver on-site business services including mail and print, hospitality support, reception, shipping, and courier coordination.
• Manage printer fleet and local travel to client locations as needed.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
• Assist in implementing new customer accounts and expanding services with Field Implementation Managers.
• Build strong customer relationships with a service-first mindset.
