Mackie Myers, in partnership with a growing consumer packaged goods company, is hiring a Sales Manager who will own revenue, distribution, and shelf presence for a defined region or account portfolio. This individual contributor role is hands-on, focusing on strong buyer relationships and execution at the shelf.

You’ll report to the VP of Sales, lead trade promotions, forecast and manage CRM records, and drive retail execution across multiple channels while traveling 30–60% within your region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CPG sales experience, including at least 2 years managing key accounts directly.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver the annual sales plan for your region or accounts, hitting volume, revenue and margin targets.
