You will analyze market trends, shape sales plans, manage budgets and promotional spend, reinforce brand messaging, and lead a sales team. Expect up to 50% travel for customer visits, events, and market initiatives.

Competenze

• 3-4 years of sales experience in fresh/perishable CPG, retail, wholesale, or foodservice.
• Strong understanding of the retail landscape, distribution channels, and customer buying behavior.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage a sales team.
