Mackie Myers Ltd. is hiring 2-3 Remote New Business Development Reps focused on CPG, field-based roles for a growing brand. You will identify new retailers, pitch, close, and grow distribution across grocery, mass, club, drug, and e-commerce channels.

Ideal candidates bring a hunter mindset, strong relationships with retailers or brokers, and a track record of opening new accounts. Travel may be required to drive growth nationwide in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CPG sales experience, including new business/hunter activity.
• Proven track record opening new retail accounts and growing distribution.
• Existing relationships with retail buyers, distributors or brokers.
• Comfort with high-volume prospecting and cold outreach.
• Working knowledge of trade terms, slotting, and P&L basics.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build pipeline targeting retailers and distributors.
• Lead buyer meetings and category reviews with data-backed sell-in stories.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and launch terms within guidelines.
• Coordinate launches with Marketing, Supply Chain and Customer Service.
• Recruit and activate brokers and distributors to expand reach.
• Maintain CRM with pipeline, activity, and deal values.
