Job summary

Weston Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent II to support anticipated Job Order Contracting projects for the United States Postal Service. You will coordinate daily onsite activities across renovation, repair, and facility improvements in active facilities.

As the primary onsite Weston representative, you’ll collaborate with the Program Manager, Project Manager, subcontractors, vendors, and facility staff to ensure safe, efficient project delivery in compliance with

Qualifications

• Experience supervising commercial construction, renovation, repair, or facility improvement projects.
• Experience with Job Order Contracting, fed. construction, or government facilities is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors, trades, vendors, deliveries, and activities.
• Ability to manage construction activities in active, occupied facilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily onsite construction activities for Job Order Contracting projects.
• Serve as Weston’s onsite representative and communicate with managers, client reps, subs, vendors, and facility staff.
• Support safe and efficient execution of renovation, repair, maintenance, and facility improvement projects in active environments.
• Coordinate subcontractor staffing, scheduling, sequencing, deliveries, access, and daily work activities.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Review drawings, specs, scopes of work, and contract documents.
• Identify constructability concerns and potential changes in scope.
• Communicate field conditions and potential change-orders to the Project Manager.
