Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Regional Business Manager (Construction Sales) based in the United States. This quota-carrying leadership role owns a regional territory, builds strategic relationships with large fleets and contractors, and drives profitable growth through a consultative, value-focused approach.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams, travel extensively across the assigned states, and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of outside sales experience in heavy truck, construction, vocational vehicle, or closely related industries.
• Proven success selling premium, high-value construction products or services to large fleets or commercial accounts.
• Deep knowledge of trucks and vocational applications, with ability to understand customer operations and tailor solutions.
• Strong business development and relationship-building能力, with experience engaging diverse stakeholders and large accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic relationships with major construction sector accounts and large fleet customers.
• Own full sales process from discovery to closing and strive to exceed targets.
• Travel extensively to cover multi-state territories.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into solutions.
• Monitor market trends and provide differentiated solutions based on customer value drivers.
