Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Regional Vice President based in the United States to oversee regional operations across a multi-unit service environment. You will lead District and Resident District Managers, drive growth with Sales/Retention, and own the regional P&L while partnering with national leadership.

The role emphasizes accountability, inclusion, safety, and continuous development, with remote work options and a focus on high-level client relationships and contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree or 8 years progressive multi-unit leadership experience.
• Significant multi-unit and multi-client leadership, preferably in higher education.
• Previous Vice President-level experience preferred.
• Strong senior leadership background in contract management, budgeting and negotiations.
• Proven ability to grow a business and lead large cross-functional teams.
• Analytical, strategic, and decisive with strong communication skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead District Managers and Resident District Managers to meet regional goals.
• Build client relationships at local, district, and state levels and improve satisfaction.
• Participate in nationwide leadership, share best practices and mitigate risks.
• Make regional decisions by evaluating risks and rewards with long-term impact.
• Own regional culture focused on transparency, safety, and inclusion.
• Serve as senior client representative, address escalations and complex issues.
• Partner with Sales and Retention to develop growth strategies and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate on regional and nationwide initiatives with internal/external partners.
• Drive talent development through evaluations, coaching, and succession planning.
• Own regional P&L and ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, budgeting.
