Job summary

Autocar is seeking a Regional Business Manager (Construction Sales) to own the construction market and drive profitable growth remotely across multiple states. You will prospect, develop relationships, and close with Top 20 fleet accounts while delivering Autocar value propositions.

The role requires 8+ years of outside sales in heavy trucks or related sectors, deep product knowledge, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ outside sales experience in Heavy Truck or Construction industries.
• Deep truck knowledge and ability to consult and drive preference for Autocar.
• Strong communication, presentation skills and CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key accounts in the Construction sector, focusing on large fleet customers.
• Drive regional sales strategies and meet/exceed targets through direct and team efforts.
• Consult with fleet managers to assess operational requirements and provide Autocar solutions.
• Leverage industry knowledge to stay ahead of trends and competitors and communicate with engineering teams.
• Collaborate with internal product teams to relay customer feedback and influence development.
