Autocar is seeking a Regional Business Manager (Construction Sales) to own the construction market and drive profitable growth from remote locations across the United States. You will prospect, develop relationships, and close new business with top fleet accounts and contractors, delivering the Autocar value proposition.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in outside sales within the heavy truck or construction space, extensive industry knowledge, and a hunter mindset.

Qualificações

• 8+ years outside sales experience in Heavy Truck/Construction or similar industries.
• Deep truck industry knowledge to advise customers effectively.
• Ability to travel extensively across assigned regions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a hunter mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage relationships with key accounts in the Construction sector.
• Drive regional sales strategies and meet/exceed targets.
• Collaborate with engineering/product teams to relay customer feedback.
• Provide solutions aligned with customer requirements and Autocar trucks.
