Job summary

Autocar seeks a Regional Business Manager to lead Construction Sales across designated U.S. territories. This remote role targets top accounts, develops strategies with cross-functional teams, and drives profitable growth while meeting aggressive market-share goals.

The ideal candidate has a track record in B2B heavy truck OEM/dealer sales, a hunter mindset, and strong ethics. Expect extensive travel and ownership of regional sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of outside sales experience in Heavy Truck/Construction or similar industries.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop relationships and close new business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key accounts in the Construction sector.
• Drive regional sales efforts and execute tailored strategies for fleet customers.
• Meet/exceed sales targets through direct engagement and data-driven approach.
• Travel as needed to cover territories within assigned regions.
