M.C. Dean is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to lead site safety programs for complex projects. You will design, implement, and oversee training plans, align with NEC/NFPA 70E, and collaborate with project teams to reduce risk on mission-critical facilities.

The role requires extensive safety management experience, regulatory compliance expertise, and a focus on safety culture. You will mentor staff and drive measurable training outcomes across sites.

Qualifications

• 16+ years of safety management experience with training program development.
• 10+ years with a Bachelor's in safety management; electrical experience preferred.
• 7+ years with a Master's; experience in S&H training and regulatory compliance (1910, 1926, EM-385).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Safety Management Systems knowledge: ANSI-Z10, OHSAS 18001, ISO 31000.
• Culture-building and training-design capabilities.
• OSHA 500/502 qualifications or equivalent; Graduate Safety Practitioner (GSP).
• Willingness to pursue ASP, CSP, CHST.

Responsibilities

• Creating, developing and implementing safety training plans and curriculums.
• Conducting new hire orientation (OSHA 10, 30 and CPR/FA training).
• Redesigning training material and employee experience in hands-on training.
• Interpreting NEC, NFPA70E, NESC; oversee NFPA 70E training program.
• Monitoring and measuring training effectiveness.
• Mentoring safety professionals and communicating updates across the organization.
• Staying current with regulatory, operational, and technical safety matters.
• Participating in meetings with customers and project teams on risk mitigation.
