Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Safety Professional to oversee Construction Project Safety, Health, and Risk Management, coordinating with GC/owners to implement risk controls and safety programs. The role focuses on developing site-specific safety plans, ORM leadership, and training execution.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting S&H training and regulatory compliance (1910, 1926, EM-385 1-1).
• Safety Management Systems knowledge and experience.
• ANSI-Z10, OHSAS 18001, ISO 3100 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety programs and risk management across construction projects.
• Lead ORM and develop site risk mitigation plans with PMs and GC/owners.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT and insurance audits through inspections and reporting.
• Develop site safety plans, training plans, and APPs to meet specs.
