Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Safety Professional to oversee construction safety, health, and risk management across projects. You will develop site-specific safety plans, lead risk management efforts, and ensure compliance with OSHA and related regulations.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in safety roles, familiar with ANSI and ISO standards, and experience training teams. This role requires collaboration with project teams and subcontractors to drive safe outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years experience with a high school diploma.
• Experience conducting S&H training and regulatory compliance (1910/1926/EM-385).
• Safety management systems knowledge and OSHA/ISM familiarity.
• ANSI-Z10, OHSAS 18001, ISO 3100 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Construction Project Safety, Health, and Risk Management.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans.
• Lead ORM team in reviewing project safety plans and incident reporting.
• Coordinate with GC and project team on mitigation plans and training.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and related regulations.
