M.C. Dean is seeking a Safety Professional to oversee construction project safety, health, and risk management.

You will manage multiple safety programs, develop site-specific safety plans, and collaborate with project management to implement ORM processes on mission-critical facilities. Candidate will coordinate with GC/owner, contribute to training, and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and safety standards while leading the ORM team and leveraging MS Office/SharePoint for documentation and

Qualifications

• Experience conducting S&H training and regulatory compliance (1910, 1926).
• Safety Management Systems knowledge and ISO standards.
• OSHA, DOT compliance knowledge and incident investigation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with GC/owner on site conditions and NCN.
• Advise project team on mitigation plans and training.
• Develop site-specific Accident Prevention Programs and training plans.
• Assist with site safety budgets and permits, ensuring contract compliance.
• Lead ORM team to draft and review project's safety plan based on specs.
• Apply OSHA and regulatory knowledge to site safety practices.
