Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Safety Professional to oversee safety, health, and risk management on multi-project sites. You will lead ORM and develop site-specific safety plans, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EM-385, and related regulations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with general contractors, conducting trainings, and guiding incident investigations to mitigate risk across mission critical facilities and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering S&H training and regulatory compliance programs.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EM-385, 29CFR standards is required.
• Experience with accident investigations and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Construction Project Safety, Health, and Risk Management.
• Lead site safety programs and ORM process development.
• Coordinate with GC/owners on site safety and compliance for projects.
• Develop and implement site-specific Accident Prevention Plans (APP) and training.
