M.C. Dean is seeking a Safety Professional to oversee Construction Project Safety, Health, and Risk Management across multiple sites.

You will develop and implement site-specific safety plans and lead the ORM program to protect personnel and assets. Collaborate with General Contractors and owners, coordinate safety training, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance, and contribute to risk reduction through informed reporting and records management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years with a high school diploma.
• 6+ years with an Associates Degree.
• 2+ years with a Bachelors Degree.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience conducting S&H training, Regulatory compliance expert/1910, 1926, EM-385 1-1 Safety Management Systems knowledge, skill and experience ANSI-Z10, OHSAS 18001, ISO 3100.
• Understanding of culture and culture building skills Trainer Designation - OSHA 500/502 - Safety and Health / Occupational Safety degree from an ABET accredited program.
• Willingness to pursue Associate Safety Professional (ASP), CSP, CHST.
• Previous electrical / construction / industrial /federal and commercial S&H experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Construction Project Safety, Health (S&H), and Risk Management across multiple sites.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans.
• Lead the Operational Risk Management (ORM) team to review and develop project safety plans.
• Coordinate with General Contractor and/or owner on site conditions and Non-Compliance Notices.
• Conduct/incidents investigations and reporting; advise on mitigation plans and training.
• Assist with safety budgets, permits, and ensure compliance with contract specs.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint for documentation.
