Job summary

Alpha Networks seeks a seasoned Community Relations Director to lead regional growth by cultivating families and partners. You will plan and host multi-city events, recruit parent ambassadors, and connect with officials to support new campus openings.

Regular travel and evening/weekend hosting are required. You will document every gathering and referral in the CRM, demonstrating measurable enrollment growth driven by personal relationships over time.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of experience growing a community or client base through relationships.
Experience designing and running at least 20 gatherings, including three events with 100+ attendees.
Established relationships with public officials or executives and proven results.
At least one Ivy League degree or equivalent high-profile professional background.
Proficient use of a CRM to track contacts and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver multiple gatherings monthly within budget.
Secure venues, hosts, and vendors and personally host events.
Recruit and manage parent ambassadors and match with prospective families.
Build relationships with public officials and business leaders to support campus openings and opportunities.
Record all gatherings and referrals in the CRM and track outcomes.
