Alpha is seeking a Director of Community Relations to drive enrollment growth through personal referrals and community building. You will design and host a range of gatherings, recruit parent ambassadors, and cultivate relationships with officials and executives to support campus openings and student opportunities.

Responsibilities include planning events, managing budgets, and maintaining CRM records. The role requires regular local travel and on‑site hosting in major U.S.

Qualificações

• At least five years of experience growing a community through relationships with measurable results.
• Experience designing and running at least 20 gatherings, including at least three events with 100+ attendees and ten gatherings with 12 or fewer attendees, with budget responsibility.
• Established working relationships with at least three elected or appointed public officials or executives with demonstrable results.
• One of the following: Ivy League degree; work at top consulting/investment banking/PR firm; board seat at a local anchor institution; Chief of Staff with political/industry leaders; or directed tours in the foreign service.
• Proficient in using a CRM or relationship-tracking system with accurate contact records.

Responsabilidades

• Make personal referrals the primary source of enrollment growth in your region.
• Plan and deliver multiple gatherings monthly within budget.
• Secure venues, hosts and vendors and personally host events.
• Recruit parent ambassadors and match them with families and school tours.
• Build relationships with public officials and business leaders for venues and partnerships.
• Connect enrolled families with mentors and internships and welcome graduates into the alumni network within 30 days.
• Record gatherings and introductions in CRM with source and outcome tracking.
