Alpha is seeking a Director of Community Relations to lead regional growth through personal referrals and strong community partnerships. You will design and host gatherings, recruit parent ambassadors, and build relationships with public officials and executives to enable campus opportunities.

The role requires delivering measurable enrollment growth across major US cities, with on-site hosting and regular local travel, including evenings and weekends.

Formación

• At least five years of experience growing a community or client base through relationships with measurable results.
• Designed and ran 20+ gatherings total, including events with 100+ attendees and smaller, budget-responsible sessions.
• Established relationships with public officials or senior executives with demonstrable outcomes.
• One qualifying credential: Ivy League degree or equivalent high-profile background.
• Consistent use of a CRM to track contacts, sources and follow-ups; ready to start with an active local network.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver multiple gatherings monthly across cities, staying within budget.
• Secure venues, hosts and vendors and personally host events.
• Recruit and activate parent ambassadors, linking them with prospective families and tours.
• Build ties with officials and business leaders to support campus openings and student opportunities.
• Connect families with mentors and alumni networks, tracking introductions in the CRM.
