Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Director of Community Relations to lead regional growth through trusted family relationships in multiple cities. You will design and host gatherings, recruit ambassadors, and build partnerships with public officials and business leaders to open new campus opportunities for students.

You must demonstrate a track record of bringing people together, running 20+ events with budgets, and maintaining CRM-driven records of referrals and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience growing a community or client base through relationships with measurable results.
• Experience designing and running at least 20 gatherings (various sizes) with budgets responsibility.
• Established relationships with elected/appointed officials or executives with demonstrable outcomes.
• CRM usage to track contacts and first hearing channels with consistent record-keeping.
• Willingness to work in Miami, LA, SF, Boston, Dallas or NYC and travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver several gatherings each month, including open events, city- and grade-specific dinners, and family retreats, within budget.
• Secure venues, hosts and vendors, and personally host events.
• Recruit current parents as ambassadors, match with prospective families during tours and tours-based engagements.
• Build relationships with public officials and business executives to secure venues and opportunities for students.
• Connect enrolled families with parent circles, mentors, masterclasses and internships; welcome graduates into alumni within 30 days.
