Alpha invites a Director of Community Relations to lead regional growth through personal referrals and event-driven engagement. You will design gatherings, recruit ambassadors, and connect families with mentors and internships, while building partnerships with officials and executives.

You will manage budgets, document outcomes in the CRM, and travel locally to support campuses across multiple cities. A strong network and proven results are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Five+ years growing a community or client base through relationships with measurable results.
• Experience designing and running 20+ gatherings, including large events and smaller meetings, with budget responsibility.
• Established relationships with officials or executives with demonstrable outcomes.
• One of: Ivy League degree; top firm background; board seat; Chief of Staff; or foreign service tours.
• CRM/relationship-tracking system used to record contacts and first heard-about data.

Aufgaben

• Plan and deliver multiple gatherings monthly (open events, dinners, family retreats) within budget.
• Secure venues, hosts and vendors and personally host events.
• Recruit and train parent ambassadors and match them with prospective families.
• Build relationships with public officials and business leaders to support campuses and student opportunities.
• Log introductions and outcomes in the CRM and maintain accurate records.
