Alpha is seeking a Director of Community Relations to drive enrollment growth in major U.S. markets by cultivating relationships with families, educators and local officials.

You will design and host gatherings, recruit parent ambassadors, and coordinate events from intimate dinners to large open houses, all while tracking outcomes in a CRM. Responsibilities include securing venues, managing budgets, and building partnerships that support new campus openings.

Competenze

• At least five years of experience growing a community or client base through relationships, with measurable results.
• Experience designing and running at least 20 gatherings total, including large events and small group meetings.
• Established relationships with public officials or senior executives with demonstrable outcomes.
• CRM or relationship-tracking system usage with accurate contact history.
• Willingness to travel regularly to multiple major cities and work weekday evenings and weekends.
