Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Director of Community Relations to lead regional enrollment growth through personal referrals, planning and hosting gatherings, and building a network of parent ambassadors. You will connect families with mentors, engage public officials and business leaders, and document outcomes in the CRM.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring travel and evening/weekend commitments across major cities.

Qualifications

Five+ years growing a community or client base through relationships with measurable results.
Experience designing and running multiple gatherings with budgets.
Established relationships with public officials or senior executives with tangible outcomes.
One of: Ivy League degree; top consulting/IB/PR firm; board seat; Chief of Staff; or tours in foreign service.
Regular use of a CRM or relationship-tracking system for accurate records.
Deep local network in the target region and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver several gatherings monthly within budget.
Secure venues, hosts, vendors and personally host events.
Recruit parents as ambassadors and match with prospective families.
Build relationships with public officials and business leaders for partnerships.
Connect families with mentors, masterclasses and internships; welcome graduates.
Record gatherings and introductions in the CRM with sources of interest.
