Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Director of Community Relations to lead regional growth through personal referrals and targeted events. You will design and host gatherings, recruit parent ambassadors, and build partnerships with public officials and business leaders to support student opportunities.

Your track record should include designing and running many gatherings, managing budgets, and maintaining CRM-based records of introductions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience growing a community or client base through relationships with measurable results.
• Experience personally designing and running at least 20 gatherings, including large events, with budget responsibility.
• Established working relationships with officials or executives, with track record of beneficial partnerships.
• CRM or relationship-tracking experience to log contacts and sources of referrals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver multiple gatherings per month across cities, staying within budget.
• Secure venues, hosts and vendors and personally host events.
• Recruit parents as ambassadors and match them with prospective families during tours.
• Build relationships with public officials and business leaders to support campus openings and opportunities for students.
• Connect enrolled families with mentors and alumni networks, and welcome graduates within 30 days.
