Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience growing a community or client base through relationships with measurable results.
• Experience designing and running gatherings and events with budgets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver multiple gatherings monthly (open events, dinners by city/grade, family retreats) within budget.
• Secure venues, hosts and vendors and personally host events.
• Recruit parent ambassadors and connect families with prospective ones and school tours.
• Build relations with public officials and business leaders to support campus openings and opportunities for students.
• Record gatherings and introductions in CRM and track how families heard about Alpha.
