Job summary

Anika Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a Commercial Manager (Northeast) to lead sales for assigned product lines, collaborate with distributors and clinicians, and drive regional growth across PA, NY, NJ, DE, and neighboring states. The role requires extensive field activity and strategic execution.

You will partner with the Director of Sales to manage forecasts, train distributors, nurture KOLs, and ensure alignment with corporate commercial strategies. Preference for NY or Boston residence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business Management (or equivalent).
• Ability to travel ~75% of the time across the Northeast region.
• 5+ years of sales management/leadership in orthopedic surgical or medical device sectors or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Promote product lines throughout the Northeast region.
• Support regional commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Attend surgical cases with distributor representatives to ensure proper product utilization.
• Develop and manage regional distributor networks and key accounts.
• Build and maintain KOL relationships at regional and national levels.
• Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to ensure strong sales messaging.
