Job summary

Anika Therapeutics seeks a Commercial Manager to lead assigned product lines across the Northeast, partnering with the Director of Sales to execute commercial strategy and regional growth. The role requires strong collaboration with distributors and clinicians and a track record in orthopedic surgical or medical device markets.

You will manage regional sales priorities, forecast analysis, and training initiatives, with extensive field travel and quota focus to drive revenue and market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Management, or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to travel ~75%+ of the time across the Northeast territory.
• 5+ years of successful sales management/leadership in orthopedic surgical or medical device sectors.
• Experience developing and managing regional distributor networks.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and administer sales policies, strategies, and tactical goals.
• Support DOS in reviewing sales activities, performance, and forecasts.
• Drive regional commercial strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Build and maintain KOL relationships in orthopedic and sports medicine.
• Coordinate distributor training and product education initiatives.
• Collaborate with distributors to achieve strong sales messaging and success.
• Assist in vendor clearance and regulatory documentation alignment.
• Travel within the Northeast region to manage commercial priorities.
