Job summary

Anika Therapeutics is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the Northeast region sales efforts from New York or Boston. You will coordinate distributors, key opinion leaders, and clinical education while traveling across PA, NY, NJ, DE, Upper MD, NH, RI, ME, and MA.

In partnership with the Director of Sales, you will drive revenue growth, forecast performance, and distributor success through strategic policy execution and field leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or equivalent.
• Ability to travel 75%+ across Northeast territory.
• 5+ years in sales management in orthopedic surgical or medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy, regional growth, and distributor partnerships.
• Support the Director of Sales in planning, forecasting, and quota management.
• Attend surgical cases to ensure proper product utilization and clinician training.
• Develop and manage a high-performing distributor base and KOL network.
• Collaborate on product positioning, events, and education initiatives.
• Organize distributor training and product education programs.
