Job summary

Anika Therapeutics is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead sales for the Northeast region, including PA, NY, NJ, DE, Upper MD, NH, RI, ME, MA. The role partners with the Director of Sales to execute commercial strategies, drive growth, and manage distributor success.

The ideal candidate will have orthopedic surgical or medical device market experience, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to travel ~75%+ across the territory. Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Travel ~75%+ across the Northeast territory.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and administer sales policies and strategies.
• Promote assigned product lines in the Northeast region.
• Support regional commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Attend surgical cases with distributor reps to ensure proper product utilization.
• Develop and maintain strong distributor relationships and KOLs.
