Job summary

Anika Therapeutics is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead regional sales strategies across the Northeast, coordinating with distributors and clinicians to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

The role requires 5+ years in orthopedic surgical or medical device sales leadership, strong forecasting skills, and the ability to travel extensively. You will partner with the Director of Sales to execute programs, trains, and build key accounts and KOLs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; life sciences or business management preferred.
• 5+ years of sales management/leadership in orthopedic surgical or medical devices.
• Experience developing regional distributor networks.
• Strong commercial acumen with a metrics-driven and fiscally responsible approach.
• Ability to travel 75%+ in the Northeast region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with distributors to ensure strong sales messaging and channel success.
• Lead distributor sales training and product education initiatives.
• Build and maintain KOL relationships regionally and nationally.
• Support trade shows and medical education programs.
• Ensure vendor clearance credentialing and regulatory documentation flow.
