Job summary

Anika Therapeutics is seeking a Commercial Manager to oversee assigned product lines in the Northeast. This role partners with the Director of Sales to implement strategy, manage sales quotas, and drive distributor success in a field-based, travel-intensive environment.

The ideal candidate will lead with collaboration, financial acumen, and outstanding communication to advance regional growth and customer retention across orthopedic surgical and medical devices markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Life Sciences, Business, or equivalent.
• 5+ years managing sales teams or leadership in orthopedic surgical/medical devices.
• Experience with regional distributor networks and field-based sales travel.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and drive regional sales policies and tactical goals.
• Analyze sales activity and forecast data with DOS to track progress.
• Execute regional commercial strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, clinicians, and KOLs.
• Coordinate training and product education with regional distributors.
• Support trade shows and distributor-sponsored events; ensure regulatory compliance.
