Job summary

Anika Therapeutics is seeking a Commercial Manager for the Northeast region. The role leads sales support, strategic account coordination, and product education with distributors and clinicians, in partnership with the Director of Sales.

Travel is extensive (~75%+), and the ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales management in orthopedic surgical or medical devices, with a proven track record in distributor networks and KOL cultivation. A life sciences or business degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business is required.
• Willingness to travel 75%+ across the Northeast territory.
• 5+ years of sales management in orthopedic surgical or medical devices.
• Experience building regional distributor networks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer sales policies, strategies, and tactical goals.
• Support regional commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and customer retention.
• Coordinate with distributors and clinicians to deliver effective sales messages.
• Organize distributor sales training and product education initiatives.
• Build and maintain KOL relationships regionally and nationally.
