Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking nine Account Specialists to cover defined territories across the region. You will engage healthcare providers, drive product adoption, and support patient access to innovative CNS therapies.

As a field-based role, you will execute territory plans, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with Market Access, Patient Services, and Medical teams to drive commercialization and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and prescriber dynamics.
• Experience with product launches, including pre-launch planning and early market execution.
• Experience with formulary access strategies and early market penetration.
• Experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through customer engagement and education.
• Navigate patient pathways and support access to therapy.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Patient Services, and Medical teams to optimize outcomes.
• Support launch execution and post-launch adoption strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of product, disease state, and market trends.
• Ensure regulatory and company policy compliance.
