Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and develop sales talent; coach reps to overachieve targets.
• Understand customer pain points and articulate Zscaler value proposition.
• Forecast monthly/quarterly/yearly results and plan for success.
• Act as executive sponsor for key partners to generate pipeline and close opportunities.
