Zscaler is seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead the Southeast SLED team, driving sales excellence and strategic execution within a fast-growing cloud security business. You will coach managers, optimize territory plans, and partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate revenue and customer success.

This role requires a proven leadership track in software/SaaS and the ability to scale processes that support rapid growth across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of SLED Leadership experience in software/SaaS.
• Experience building successful sales teams.
• You will have a sales process and methodology around territory planning, assessment and resource allocation.
