BD is seeking a Clinical Specialist to advance acute urology clinical strategy across national hospitals and IDNs. You will partner with regional teams to position and implement connected clinical solutions, acting as a subject matter expert and change leader to drive adoption and sustained value across customer enterprises.

The role requires clinical expertise, executive communication, and the ability to translate national strategies into scalable, regional implementations across diverse care

Qualifications

• RN with a bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of successful process improvement, change management, and implementation in MedTech/healthcare.
• Experience supporting complex health systems, multi-site implementations, or national accounts preferred.
