Qualifications

• Proven success introducing transformational products to physicians and hospitals.
• Strong network in hospitals and health systems.
• Track record of exceeding sales objectives.
• Experience with multi-level account management.

Responsibilities

• Grow territory revenue by identifying and closing new hospital accounts.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Product teams.
• Develop thought leaders and early adopters for new diagnostic approaches.
• Build a world-class commercial organization fundamentals within the region.
• Manage hospital and health-system accounts; segment opportunities.
• Present product features to stakeholders; qualify leads and close deals.
• Secure contracts and renewals; ensure long-term partnerships.
• Provide market feedback to inform product and strategy.
• Travel up to 70% in the defined region.
