ARAG North America, Inc. is seeking a Regional Client Manager to organize and manage a large client portfolio, ensuring communications are thoughtful, well prepared, and consistently executed. The role emphasizes proactive planning and clear messaging to clients.

You will develop strategic plans to increase revenue within accounts, partner with internal teams to manage implementation, and conduct client webinars while maintaining strong relationships across 4,000 life groups and beyond.

Qualifications

• Specific knowledge of client management and relationship building required.
• Minimum 3+ years in sales and/or client management.
• Experience in legal services or employee benefits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with contacts within large client portfolio.
• Develop a strategic plan to increase revenue within client portfolio.
• Coordinate internal communications regarding clients and support implementation.
• Serve as primary contact when Sr. Client Manager/Director is unavailable.
• Conduct client meetings (video, web, or teleconferences) to review performance and benefits strategies.
