Job summary

NRI North America is seeking a Client Advocate Manager to support Account Managers in growing a north american client base. You will help strategize with top accounts, drive opportunities, and co-sell with partners while primarily working remotely.

You will engage with C-suite and director-level stakeholders, manage pipelines, and collaborate across sales and delivery teams to ensure customer success and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of technical sales experience.
• Proven record of prospecting and selling to customers.
• Experience selling services and solutions.
• Experience interfacing with C-suite or director-level personnel.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the organization’s industry, products, or services.
• Experience leading cross-functional client initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day product sales activities.
• Communicate with clients about product lead times.
• Coordinate client and prospect meetings with the Account Team.
• Influence a defined pipeline amount monthly.
• Attend territory networking events.
• Provide market research to Account Executives.
• Create account maps with top partners.
• Host networking events and drive attendance.
• Record opportunities in SFDC when AE is in the field.
• Submit deal registrations and follow up on opportunities.
• Participate in sales campaigns and SPIFs.
• Attend joint sales meetings with assigned AMs.
• Meet with AEs for customer sales planning.
• Attend sales training with partners and NRI SAs.
• Assist with post-sales order processes.
