Job summary

Arora Engineers LLC seeks an entrepreneurial Client Account Manager to expand services across the Western Region of the United States. The candidate should have extensive business development experience in the A/E/C and technology sector, strong leadership, and proven ability to secure and manage major client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• PE licensure in Electrical, Mechanical, or Fire Protection preferred.
• 12+ years business development and marketing experience, including 5 years of management experience.
• Experience in A/E/C industry mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic regional business plan.
• Identify target clients and programs/projects to complement Arora’s service offerings.
• Lead complete project life cycle from identification to delivery and close out.
• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction across the region.
• Coordinate with internal resources to support project delivery and quality assurance.
