Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Managing Client Advisor for the South Commercial Lines region. You will translate regional growth priorities into disciplined execution, leading day-to-day sales performance and coaching Client Advisors to drive new business, client expansion, retention, and cross-sell.

In this role you will maintain market presence, build external relationships, and partner with operations, placement and service teams to ensure high-quality client experiences. Travel up to 25% required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Strong background in commercial construction.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in commercial insurance and/or financial services, with demonstrated depth in Commercial Lines.
• Demonstrated experience leading sales teams, supporting business development efforts, and driving growth through coaching, accountability, and disciplined execution.

Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy Execution: Translate regional growth priorities into clear expectations for the team and reinforce through cadence and coaching.
• Sales Leadership: Lead, develop, and support Client Advisors, driving productivity and growth outcomes.
• Revenue Growth & Business Development: Drive profitable organic growth through prospecting, client expansion, and cross-sell.
• Sales Culture & Performance Accountability: Reinforce sales activity, pipeline discipline, and client engagement.
• Sales Planning, Forecasting & Metrics: Monitor pipeline health, new business activity, and growth KPIs; adjust as needed.
• Client Engagement & Market Presence: Build external relationships to strengthen Acrisure’s local reputation and client retention.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure growth strategies are supported by execution, market access, and service quality.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with HR, operations, and service partners to support growth priorities.
• Process Improvement & Technology Adoption: Encourage use of internal tools to improve visibility and scalability.
