Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) is seeking an Account Lead to serve as the primary client advisor for a managed membership book across Trust, Alliance, Kairos, and Securis.

You will drive member engagement, retention, and sales strategies while coordinating with cross-functional teams. You will represent the organization externally, develop multi-year client strategies, lead marketing and business development initiatives, and collaborate with Operations and the Member Services team to ensure

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience developing strategic plans, budgets, or growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage a membership book of business and serve as the primary client advisor and relationship lead.
• Lead strategic member engagement, retention, and sales efforts across Trust, Alliance, Kairos, and Securis.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, county meetings, and other external engagements.
• Conduct frequent in-person visits with assigned member districts, including stewardship meetings and related client touchpoints.
• Develop multi-year client strategies, including budget and funding planning.
• Partner with Operations on prospects to ensure alignment and coordination across teams.
• Execute growth initiatives to support organizational expansion and retention goals.
• Manage the sales pipeline and CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.
• Oversee strategic marketing efforts, including development of the annual go-to-market strategy.
• Manage association memberships and related external relationships.
• Present the organization’s value proposition to prospective clients and partners.
• Analyze prospect quotes to ensure alignment with risk and contribution objectives.
• Collaborate with the MS team to support prospect implementation and onboarding.
